At least 20 people have died, 70 were injured and more than 30 others remain missing after a commercial building caught on fire and collapsed on Thursday morning in Tehran, Capital of Iran.
Tehran Mayor Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said at least 20 firefighters lost their lives and more than 70 others were injured.
The rescue operation is still underway as more than 30 firefighters are trapped in the rubble.
Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has ordered a thorough investigation into the fire.
