Pinag-aaralan ng Malacañang ang pagkansela ng visa upon arrival ng mga foreigner na galing sa mga bansang may kumpirmadong kaso ng 2019 novel coronavirus (n-co-v).
Ito ang pahayag ng Palasyo kasunod ng ginawang temporary suspension ng Bureau of Immiegation sa visa upon arrival ng mga Chinese National na dumadating sa bansa dahil sa mabilis na pagkalat ng novel coronavirus.
Sa ngayon, lagpas isang dosenang bansa na sa buong mundo ang may kumpirmadong kaso ng deadly novel corona virus.
“What I am saying is: if the commissioner think that particular policy endangers the safety of our people, then logically it will apply to other countries that may have the same disease being spread. (Is the palace recommending that? – Reporter ) No! We are waiting for the recommendation of the DOH and the World Health,” ani sec. Salvador Panelo, Presidential Spokesperson and Chief Presidential Legal Counsel.
