A rainstorm swept through the city of Auckland in North New Zealand on Saturday, causing extensive damage and power cuts.
The storm, accompanied by strong gales, tore apart big trees, wrecked outdoor public facilities and caused over 200 weather-related accidents in the city.
The storm also severed power lines across the city and caused a blackout that affected 15,000 households.
